iTextify services are only available to licensed/practicing attorneys requesting text to document conversions for their clients.

How We Do It

Through our own proprietary software, iTextify offers a 24/7 service by which the possessor of a mobile device can connect & transmit raw text data (evidence) to our cloud server for conversion to a formatted “review ready/court ready” admissible trial document.

Why We Do It

The legal profession remains “stuck in time” & resorts to taking “screen shots” of client text messages and hands them off to a paralegal to type & format for a review team. Subsequent to redactions being made by the review team, the paralegal then re-edits the document for the respective attorneys use in trial.

Why It’s A Winner

Presently, no finite digital evidence guidelines exist (they are on the horizon & iTextify is at the forefront, leading the charge). Legal challenges/Motions to strike often result in currently presented text evidence being denied entry into the court proceedings. iTextify thwarts opposing counsel objections by providing verbatim evidence which is very difficult to refute.
